27:27-37
27:27 Then Pilate's soldiers took Jesus into the governor's palace, and
the whole company gathered around him.
27:28 They stripped off his clothes and put a scarlet robe on him.
27:29 Then they made a crown out of thorny branches and placed it on his
head, and put a stick in his right hand; then they knelt before him and made
fun of him. "Long live the King of the Jews!" they said.
27:30 They spat on him, and took the stick and hit him over the head.
27:31 When they had finished making fun of him, they took the robe off and
put his own clothes back on him. Then they led him out to crucify him.
27:32 As they were going out, they met a man from Cyrene named Simon, and
the soldiers forced him to carry Jesus' cross.
27:33 They came to a place called Golgotha, which means, "The Place
of the Skull."
27:34 There they offered Jesus wine mixed with a bitter substance; but
after tasting it, he would not drink it.
27:35 They crucified him and then divided his clothes among them by throwing
dice.
27:36 After that they sat there and watched him.
27:37 Above his head they put the written notice of the accusation against
him: "This is Jesus, the King of the Jews."

52:13-15
52:13 The Lord says, /"My servant will succeed in his task; /he will
be highly honored.
52:14 Many people were shocked when they saw him; /he was so disfigured
that he hardly looked human.
52:15 But now many nations will marvel at him, /and kings will be
speechless with amazement. /They will see and understand /something they had
never known."
TEV イザ 53:1-3
53:1 The people reply, /"Who would have believed what we now report?
/Who could have seen the Lord's hand in this?
53:2 It was the will of the Lord that his servant /grow like a plant
taking root in dry ground. /He had no dignity or beauty /to make us take notice
of him. /There was nothing attractive about him, /nothing that would draw us to
him.
53:3 We despised him and rejected him; /he endured suffering and pain. /No
one would even look at him- /we ignored him as if he were nothing.
