31:2 主よ、御もとに身を寄せます。とこしえに恥に落とすことなく／恵みの御業によってわたしを助けてください。

31:3 あなたの耳をわたしに傾け／急いでわたしを救い出してください。砦の岩、城塞となってお救いください。

31:4 あなたはわたしの大岩、わたしの砦。御名にふさわしく、わたしを守り導き

31:5 隠された網に落ちたわたしを引き出してください。あなたはわたしの砦。

31:6 まことの神、主よ、御手にわたしの霊をゆだねます。わたしを贖ってください。

31:7 わたしは空しい偶像に頼る者を憎み／主に、信頼します。

31:8 慈しみをいただいて、わたしは喜び躍ります。あなたはわたしの苦しみを御覧になり／わたしの魂の悩みを知ってくださいました。

31:9 わたしを敵の手に渡すことなく／わたしの足を／広い所に立たせてくださいました。

31:1 In You, O Lord, I put my trust;Let me never be ashamed;Deliver me in Your righteousness.

31:2 Bow down Your ear to me,Deliver me speedily;Be my rock of refuge,A fortress of defense to save me.

31:3 For You are my rock and my fortress;Therefore, for Your name's sake,Lead me and guide me.

31:4 Pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me,For You are my strength.

31:5 Into Your hand I commit my spirit;You have redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.

31:6 I have hated those who regard useless idols;But I trust in the Lord.

31:7 I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy,For You have considered my trouble;You have known my soul in adversities,

31:8 And have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy;You have set my feet in a wide place.

31:9 Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am in trouble;My eye wastes away with grief,Yes, my soul and my body!

31:1 I come to you, Lord, for protection; /never let me be defeated. /You are a righteous God; /save me, I pray!

31:2 Hear me! Save me now! /Be my refuge to protect me; /my defense to save me.

31:3 You are my refuge and defense; /guide me and lead me as you have promised.

31:4 Keep me safe from the trap that has been set for me; /shelter me from danger.

31:5 I place myself in your care. /You will save me, Lord; /you are a faithful God.

31:6 You hate those who worship false gods, /but I trust in you.

31:7 I will be glad and rejoice /because of your constant love. /You see my suffering; /you know my trouble.

31:8 You have not let my enemies capture me; /you have given me freedom to go where I wish.

31:9 Be merciful to me, Lord, /for I am in trouble; /my eyes are tired from so much crying; /I am completely worn out.
