3:1 さて、ファリサイ派に属する、ニコデモという人がいた。ユダヤ人たちの議員であった。

3:2 ある夜、イエスのもとに来て言った。「ラビ、わたしどもは、あなたが神のもとから来られた教師であることを知っています。神が共におられるのでなければ、あなたのなさるようなしるしを、だれも行うことはできないからです。」

3:3 イエスは答えて言われた。「はっきり言っておく。人は、新たに生まれなければ、神の国を見ることはできない。」

3:4 ニコデモは言った。「年をとった者が、どうして生まれることができましょう。もう一度母親の胎内に入って生まれることができるでしょうか。」

3:5 イエスはお答えになった。「はっきり言っておく。だれでも水と霊とによって生まれなければ、神の国に入ることはできない。

3:6 肉から生まれたものは肉である。霊から生まれたものは霊である。

3:7 『あなたがたは新たに生まれねばならない』とあなたに言ったことに、驚いてはならない。

ＮＫＪＶ ヨハ 3:1-7

3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.

3:2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."

3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

3:4 Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"

3:5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

3:6 "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

3:7 "Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'

ＴＥＶ ヨハ 3:1-7

3:1 There was a Jewish leader named Nicodemus, who belonged to the party of the Pharisees.

3:2 One night he went to Jesus and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher sent by God. No one could perform the miracles you are doing unless God were with him."

3:3 Jesus answered, "I am telling you the truth: no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born again."

3:4 "How can a grown man be born again?" Nicodemus asked. "He certainly cannot enter his mother's womb and be born a second time!"

3:5 "I am telling you the truth," replied Jesus, "that no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.

3:6 A person is born physically of human parents, but is born spiritually of the Spirit.

3:7 Do not be surprised because I tell you that you must all be born again.
