37:22 神の祝福を受けた人は地を継ぐ。神の呪いを受けた者は断たれる。

37:23 主は人の一歩一歩を定め／御旨にかなう道を備えてくださる。

37:24 人は倒れても、打ち捨てられるのではない。主がその手をとらえていてくださる。

37:25 若いときにも老いた今も、わたしは見ていない／主に従う人が捨てられ／子孫がパンを乞うのを。

37:26 生涯、憐れんで貸し与えた人には／祝福がその子孫に及ぶ。

37:27 悪を避け、善を行えば／とこしえに、住み続けることができる。

37:28 主は正義を愛される。主の慈しみに生きる人を見捨てることなく／とこしえに見守り／主に逆らう者の子孫を断たれる。

37:29 主に従う人は地を継ぎ／いつまでも、そこに住み続ける。

37:22 For those blessed by Him shall inherit the earth,But those cursed by Him shall be cut off.

37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,And He delights in his way.

37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down;For the Lord upholds him with His hand.

37:25 I have been young, and now am old;Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,Nor his descendants begging bread.

37:26 He is ever merciful, and lends;And his descendants are blessed.

37:27 Depart from evil, and do good;And dwell forevermore.

37:28 For the Lord loves justice,And does not forsake His saints;They are preserved forever,But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off.

37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land,And dwell in it forever.

37:22 Those who are blessed by the Lord will possess the land, /but those who are cursed by him will be driven out.

37:23 The Lord guides us in the way we should go /and protects those who please him.

37:24 If they fall, they will not stay down, /because the Lord will help them up.

37:25 I am old now; I have lived a long time, /but I have never seen good people abandoned by the Lord /or their children begging for food.

37:26 At all times they give freely and lend to others, /and their children are a blessing.

37:27 Turn away from evil and do good, /and your descendants will always live in the land;

37:28 for the Lord loves what is right /and does not abandon his faithful people. /He protects them forever, /but the descendants of the wicked will be driven out.

37:29 The righteous will possess the land /and live in it forever.
