5:1 現に聞くところによると、あなたがたの間にみだらな行いがあり、しかもそれは、異邦人の間にもないほどのみだらな行いで、ある人が父の妻をわがものとしているとのことです。

5:2 それにもかかわらず、あなたがたは高ぶっているのか。むしろ悲しんで、こんなことをする者を自分たちの間から除外すべきではなかったのですか。

5:3 わたしは体では離れていても霊ではそこにいて、現に居合わせた者のように、そんなことをした者を既に裁いてしまっています。

5:4 つまり、わたしたちの主イエスの名により、わたしたちの主イエスの力をもって、あなたがたとわたしの霊が集まり、

5:5 このような者を、その肉が滅ぼされるようにサタンに引き渡したのです。それは主の日に彼の霊が救われるためです。

5:6 あなたがたが誇っているのは、よくない。わずかなパン種が練り粉全体を膨らませることを、知らないのですか。

5:7 いつも新しい練り粉のままでいられるように、古いパン種をきれいに取り除きなさい。現に、あなたがたはパン種の入っていない者なのです。キリストが、わたしたちの過越の小羊として屠られたからです。

5:8 だから、古いパン種や悪意と邪悪のパン種を用いないで、パン種の入っていない、純粋で真実のパンで過越祭を祝おうではありませんか。

5:9 わたしは以前手紙で、みだらな者と交際してはいけないと書きましたが、

5:10 その意味は、この世のみだらな者とか強欲な者、また、人の物を奪う者や偶像を礼拝する者たちと一切つきあってはならない、ということではありません。もし、そうだとしたら、あなたがたは世の中から出て行かねばならないでしょう。

5:11 わたしが書いたのは、兄弟と呼ばれる人で、みだらな者、強欲な者、偶像を礼拝する者、人を悪く言う者、酒におぼれる者、人の物を奪う者がいれば、つきあうな、そのような人とは一緒に食事もするな、ということだったのです。

5:12 外部の人々を裁くことは、わたしの務めでしょうか。内部の人々をこそ、あなたがたは裁くべきではありませんか。

5:13 外部の人々は神がお裁きになります。「あなたがたの中から悪い者を除き去りなさい。」

ＴＥＶ �Tコリ5:1-13

5:1 Now, it is actually being said that there is sexual immorality among you so terrible that not even the heathen would be guilty of it. I am told that a man is sleeping with his stepmother!

5:2 How, then, can you be proud? On the contrary, you should be filled with sadness, and the man who has done such a thing should be expelled from your fellowship.

5:3 -4 And even though I am far away from you in body, still I am there with you in spirit; and as though I were there with you, I have in the name of our Lord Jesus already passed judgment on the man who has done this terrible thing. As you meet together, and I meet with you in my spirit, by the power of our Lord Jesus present with us,

5:4

5:5 you are to hand this man over to Satan for his body to be destroyed, so that his spirit may be saved in the Day of the Lord.

5:6 It is not right for you to be proud! You know the saying, "A little bit of yeast makes the whole batch of dough rise."

5:7 You must remove the old yeast of sin so that you will be entirely pure. Then you will be like a new batch of dough without any yeast, as indeed I know you actually are. For our Passover Festival is ready, now that Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.

5:8 Let us celebrate our Passover, then, not with bread having the old yeast of sin and wickedness, but with the bread that has no yeast, the bread of purity and truth.

5:9 In the letter that I wrote you I told you not to associate with immoral people.

5:10 Now I did not mean pagans who are immoral or greedy or are thieves, or who worship idols. To avoid them you would have to get out of the world completely.

5:11 What I meant was that you should not associate with a person who calls himself a believer but is immoral or greedy or worships idols or is a slanderer or a drunkard or a thief. Don't even sit down to eat with such a person.

5:12 -13 After all, it is none of my business to judge outsiders. God will judge them. But should you not judge the members of your own fellowship? As the scripture says, "Remove the evil person from your group."
