27:35 彼らはイエスを十字架につけると、くじを引いてその服を分け合い、
27:36 そこに座って見張りをしていた。
27:37 イエスの頭の上には、「これはユダヤ人の王イエスである」と書いた罪状書きを掲げた。
27:38 折から、イエスと一緒に二人の強盗が、一人は右にもう一人は左に、十字架につけられていた。
27:39 そこを通りかかった人々は、頭を振りながらイエスをののしって、
27:40 言った。「神殿を打ち倒し、三日で建てる者、神の子なら、自分を救ってみろ。そして十字架から降りて来い。」
27:41 同じように、祭司長たちも律法学者たちや長老たちと一緒に、イエスを侮辱して言った。
27:42 「他人は救ったのに、自分は救えない。イスラエルの王だ。今すぐ十字架から降りるがいい。そうすれば、信じてやろう。
27:43 神に頼っているが、神の御心ならば、今すぐ救ってもらえ。『わたしは神の子だ』と言っていたのだから。」
27:44 一緒に十字架につけられた強盗たちも、同じようにイエスをののしった。

27:35 Then they crucified
Him, and divided His garments, casting lots, that it might be fulfilled which
was spoken by the prophet:"They divided My garments among them,And for My
clothing they cast lots."
27:36 Sitting down, they
kept watch over Him there.
27:37 And they put up
over His head the accusation written against Him: THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE
JEWS.
27:38 Then two robbers
were crucified with Him, one on the right and another on the left.
27:39 And those who
passed by blasphemed Him, wagging their heads
27:40 and saying,
"You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, save Yourself! If
You are the Son of God, come down from the cross."
27:41 Likewise the chief
priests also, mocking with the scribes and elders, said,
27:42 "He saved
others; Himself He cannot save. If He is the King of Israel, let Him now come
down from the cross, and we will believe Him.
27:43 "He trusted in
God; let Him deliver Him now if He will have Him; for He said, 'I am the Son of
God.' "
27:44 Even the robbers
who were crucified with Him reviled Him with the same thing.

27:35 They crucified him
and then divided his clothes among them by throwing dice.
27:36 After that they sat
there and watched him.
27:37 Above his head they
put the written notice of the accusation against him: "This is Jesus, the
King of the Jews."
27:38 Then they crucified
two bandits with Jesus, one on his right and the other on his left.
27:39 People passing by
shook their heads and hurled insults at Jesus:
27:40 "You were
going to tear down the Temple and build it back up in three days! Save yourself
if you are God's Son! Come on down from the cross!"
27:41 In the same way the
chief priests and the teachers of the Law and the elders made fun of him:
27:42 "He saved
others, but he cannot save himself! Isn't he the king of Israel? If he will
come down off the cross now, we will believe in him!
27:43 He trusts in God
and claims to be God's Son. Well, then, let us see if God wants to save him
now!"
27:44 Even the bandits
who had been crucified with him insulted him in the same way.
