新共同 イザ 59:1-8

59:1 主の手が短くて救えないのではない。主の耳が鈍くて聞こえないのでもない。

59:2 むしろお前たちの悪が／神とお前たちとの間を隔て／お前たちの罪が神の御顔を隠させ／お前たちに耳を傾けられるのを妨げているのだ。

59:3 お前たちの手は血で、指は悪によって汚れ／唇は偽りを語り、舌は悪事をつぶやく。

59:4 正しい訴えをする者はなく／真実をもって弁護する者もない。むなしいことを頼みとし、偽って語り／労苦をはらみ、災いを産む。

59:5 彼らは蝮の卵をかえし、くもの糸を織る。その卵を食べる者は死に／卵をつぶせば、毒蛇が飛び出す。

59:6 くもの糸は着物にならず／その織物で身を覆うことはできない。彼らの織物は災いの織物／その手には不法の業がある。

59:7 彼らの足は悪に走り／罪のない者の血を流そうと急ぐ。彼らの計画は災いの計画。破壊と崩壊がその道にある。

59:8 彼らは平和の道を知らず／その歩む道には裁きがない。彼らは自分の道を曲げ／その道を歩む者はだれも平和を知らない。

ＴＥＶ イザ 59:1-8

59:1 Don't think that the Lord is too weak to save you or too deaf to hear your call for help!

59:2 It is because of your sins that he doesn't hear you. It is your sins that separate you from God when you try to worship him.

59:3 You are guilty of lying, violence, and murder.

59:4 You go to court, but you do not have justice on your side. You depend on lies to win your case. You carry out your plans to hurt others.

59:5 -6 The evil plots you make are as deadly as the eggs of a poisonous snake. Crush an egg, out comes a snake! But your plots will do you no good-they are as useless as clothing made of cobwebs!

59:6

59:7 You are always planning something evil, and you can hardly wait to do it. You never hesitate to murder innocent people. You leave ruin and destruction wherever you go,

59:8 and no one is safe when you are around. Everything you do is unjust. You follow a crooked path, and no one who walks that path will ever be safe.
