12:9 イエスはそこを去って、彼らの会堂にはいられた。
12:10 すると、そのとき、片手のなえた人がいた。人々はイエスを訴えようと思って、「安息日に人をいやしても、さしつかえないか」と尋ねた。
12:11 イエスは彼らに言われた、「あなたがたのうちに、一匹の羊を持っている人があるとして、もしそれが安息日に穴に落ちこんだなら、手をかけて引き上げてやらないだろうか。
12:12 人は羊よりも、はるかにすぐれているではないか。だから、安息日に良いことをするのは、正しいことである」。
12:13 そしてイエスはその人に、「手を伸ばしなさい」と言われた。そこで手を伸ばすと、ほかの手のように良くなった。
12:14 パリサイ人たちは出て行って、なんとかしてイエスを殺そうと相談した。

12:11 イエスは彼らに言われた。「あなたがたのうち、だれかが一匹の羊を持っていて、もしその羊が安息日に穴に落ちたら、それを引き上げてやらないでしょうか。
12:12 人間は羊より、はるかに値うちのあるものでしょう。それなら、安息日に良いことをすることは、正しいのです。」

12:9 Now when He had
departed from there, He went into their synagogue.
12:10 And behold, there
was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked Him, saying, "Is it
lawful to heal on the Sabbath?"-that they might accuse Him.
12:11 Then He said to
them, "What man is there among you who has one sheep, and if it falls into
a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out?
12:12 "Of how much
more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the
Sabbath."
12:13 Then He said to the
man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and it was
restored as whole as the other.
12:14 Then the Pharisees
went out and plotted against Him, how they might destroy Him.

12:9 Jesus left that
place and went to a synagogue,
12:10 where there was a
man who had a paralyzed hand. Some people were there who wanted to accuse Jesus
of doing wrong, so they asked him, "Is it against our Law to heal on the
Sabbath?"
12:11 Jesus answered,
"What if one of you has a sheep and it falls into a deep hole on the
Sabbath? Will you not take hold of it and lift it out?
12:12 And a human being
is worth much more than a sheep! So then, our Law does allow us to help someone
on the Sabbath."
12:13 Then he said to the
man with the paralyzed hand, "Stretch out your hand." /He stretched
it out, and it became well again, just like the other one.
12:14 Then the Pharisees
left and made plans to kill Jesus.
