12:43 汚れた霊が人から出ると、休み場を求めて水の無い所を歩きまわるが、見つからない。
12:44 そこで、出てきた元の家に帰ろうと言って帰って見ると、その家はあいていて、そうじがしてある上、飾りつけがしてあった。
12:45 そこでまた出て行って、自分以上に悪い他の七つの霊を一緒に引き連れてきて中にはいり、そこに住み込む。そうすると、その人ののちの状態は初めよりももっと悪くなるのである。よこしまな今の時代も、このようになるであろう」。

12:43 汚れた霊が人から出て行って、水のない地をさまよいながら休み場を捜しますが、見つかりません。
12:44 そこで、『出て来た自分の家に帰ろう。』と言って、帰って見ると、家はあいていて、掃除してきちんとかたづいていました。
12:45 そこで、出かけて行って、自分よりも悪いほかの霊を七つ連れて来て、みなはいり込んでそこに住みつくのです。そうなると、その人の後の状態は、初めよりもさらに悪くなります。邪悪なこの時代もまた、そういうことになるのです。」

12:43 「汚れた霊は、人から出て行くと、砂漠をうろつき、休む場所を探すが、見つからない。
12:44 それで、『出て来たわが家に戻ろう』と言う。戻ってみると、空き家になっており、掃除をして、整えられていた。
12:45 そこで、出かけて行き、自分よりも悪いほかの七つの霊を一緒に連れて来て、中に入り込んで、住み着く。そうなると、その人の後の状態は前よりも悪くなる。この悪い時代の者たちもそのようになろう。」

12:43 "When an
unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and
finds none.
12:44 "Then he says,
'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes, he finds it
empty, swept, and put in order.
12:45 "Then he goes
and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter
and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So
shall it also be with this wicked generation."

12:43 "When an evil
spirit goes out of a person, it travels over dry country looking for a place to
rest. If it can't find one,
12:44 it says to itself,
"I will go back to my house.' So it goes back and finds the house empty,
clean, and all fixed up.
12:45 Then it goes out
and brings along seven other spirits even worse than itself, and they come and
live there. So when it is all over, that person is in worse shape than at the
beginning. This is what will happen to the evil people of this day."
