15:21 さて、イエスはそこを出て、ツロとシドンとの地方へ行かれた。
15:22 すると、そこへ、その地方出のカナンの女が出てきて、「主よ、ダビデの子よ、わたしをあわれんでください。娘が悪霊にとりつかれて苦しんでいます」と言って叫びつづけた。
15:23 しかし、イエスはひと言もお答えにならなかった。そこで弟子たちがみもとにきて願って言った、「この女を追い払ってください。叫びながらついてきていますから」。
15:24 するとイエスは答えて言われた、「わたしは、イスラエルの家の失われた羊以外の者には、つかわされていない」。
15:25 しかし、女は近寄りイエスを拝して言った、「主よ、わたしをお助けください」。
15:26 イエスは答えて言われた、「子供たちのパンを取って小犬に投げてやるのは、よろしくない」。
15:27 すると女は言った、「主よ、お言葉どおりです。でも、小犬もその主人の食卓から落ちるパンくずは、いただきます」。
15:28 そこでイエスは答えて言われた、「女よ、あなたの信仰は見あげたものである。あなたの願いどおりになるように」。その時に、娘はいやされた。

15:21 それから、イエスはそこを去って、ツロとシドンの地方に立ちのかれた。
15:22 すると、その地方のカナン人の女が出て来て、叫び声をあげて言った。「主よ。ダビデの子よ。私をあわれんでください。娘が、ひどく悪霊に取りつかれているのです。」
15:23 しかし、イエスは彼女に一言もお答えにならなかった。そこで、弟子たちはみもとに来て、「あの女を帰してやってください。叫びながらあとについて来るのです。」と言ってイエスに願った。
15:24 しかし、イエスは答えて、「わたしは、イスラエルの家の滅びた羊以外のところには遣わされていません。」と言われた。
15:25 しかし、その女は来て、イエスの前にひれ伏して、「主よ。私をお助けください。」と言った。
15:26 すると、イエスは答えて、「子どもたちのパンを取り上げて、小犬に投げてやるのはよくないことです。」と言われた。
15:27 しかし、女は言った。「主よ。そのとおりです。ただ、小犬でも主人の食卓から落ちるパンくずはいただきます。」
15:28 そのとき、イエスは彼女に答えて言われた。「ああ、あなたの信仰はりっぱです。その願いどおりになるように。」すると、彼女の娘はその時から直った。

15:24 イエスは、「わたしは、イスラエルの家の失われた羊のところにしか遣わされていない」とお答えになった。
15:25 しかし、女は来て、イエスの前にひれ伏し、「主よ、どうかお助けください」と言った。
15:26 イエスが、「子供たちのパンを取って小犬にやってはいけない」とお答えになると、
15:27 女は言った。「主よ、ごもっともです。しかし、小犬も主人の食卓から落ちるパン屑はいただくのです。」
15:28 そこで、イエスはお答えになった。「婦人よ、あなたの信仰は立派だ。あなたの願いどおりになるように。」そのとき、娘の病気はいやされた。

15:21 Then Jesus went out
from there and departed to the region of Tyre and Sidon.
15:22 And behold, a woman
of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, "Have mercy
on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed."
15:23 But He answered her
not a word. And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, "Send her away,
for she cries out after us."
15:24 But He answered and
said, "I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of
Israel."
15:25 Then she came and
worshiped Him, saying, "Lord, help me!"
15:26 But He answered and
said, "It is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the
little dogs."
15:27 And she said,
"Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their
masters' table."
15:28 Then Jesus answered
and said to her, "O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you
desire." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

15:21 Jesus left that
place and went off to the territory near the cities of Tyre and Sidon.
15:22 A Canaanite woman
who lived in that region came to him. "Son of David!" she cried out.
"Have mercy on me, sir! My daughter has a demon and is in a terrible
condition."
15:23 But Jesus did not
say a word to her. His disciples came to him and begged him, "Send her
away! She is following us and making all this noise!"
15:24 Then Jesus replied,
"I have been sent only to the lost sheep of the people of Israel."
15:25 At this the woman
came and fell at his feet. "Help me, sir!" she said.
15:26 Jesus answered,
"It isn't right to take the children's food and throw it to the
dogs."
15:27 "That's true,
sir," she answered, "but even the dogs eat the leftovers that fall
from their masters' table."
15:28 So Jesus answered
her, "You are a woman of great faith! What you want will be done for
you." And at that very moment her daughter was healed.
