16:7 わたしにさとしをさずけられる主をほめまつる。夜はまた、わたしの心がわたしを教える。

16:8 わたしは常に主をわたしの前に置く。主がわたしの右にいますゆえ、わたしは動かされることはない。

16:9 このゆえに、わたしの心は楽しみ、わたしの魂は喜ぶ。わたしの身もまた安らかである。

16:10 あなたはわたしを陰府に捨ておかれず、あなたの聖者に墓を見させられないからである。

16:11 あなたはいのちの道をわたしに示される。あなたの前には満ちあふれる喜びがあり、あなたの右には、とこしえにもろもろの楽しみがある。

16:7 私は助言を下さった主をほめたたえる。まことに、夜になると、私の心が私に教える。

16:8 私はいつも、私の前に主を置いた。主が私の右におられるので、私はゆるぐことがない。

16:9 それゆえ、私の心は喜び、私のたましいは楽しんでいる。私の身もまた安らかに住まおう。

16:10 まことに、あなたは、私のたましいをよみに捨ておかず、あなたの聖徒に墓の穴をお見せにはなりません。

16:11 あなたは私に、いのちの道を知らせてくださいます。あなたの御前には喜びが満ち、あなたの右には、楽しみがとこしえにあります。

16:7 I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel;My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.

16:8 I have set the Lord always before me;Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.

16:9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices;My flesh also will rest in hope.

16:10 For You will not leave my soul in Sheol,Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

16:11 You will show me the path of life;In Your presence is fullness of joy;At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

16:7 I praise the Lord, because he guides me, /and in the night my conscience warns me.

16:8 I am always aware of the Lord's presence; /he is near, and nothing can shake me.

16:9 And so I am thankful and glad, /and I feel completely secure,

16:10 because you protect me from the power of death. /I have served you faithfully, /and you will not abandon me to the world of the dead.

16:11 You will show me the path that leads to life; /your presence fills me with joy /and brings me pleasure forever.
