2章１節～１３節

2:1 五旬節の日がきて、みんなの者が一緒に集まっていると、

2:2 突然、激しい風が吹いてきたような音が天から起ってきて、一同がすわっていた家いっぱいに響きわたった。

2:3 また、舌のようなものが、炎のように分れて現れ、ひとりびとりの上にとどまった。

2:4 すると、一同は聖霊に満たされ、御霊が語らせるままに、いろいろの他国の言葉で語り出した。

2:5 さて、エルサレムには、天下のあらゆる国々から、信仰深いユダヤ人たちがきて住んでいたが、

2:6 この物音に大ぜいの人が集まってきて、彼らの生れ故郷の国語で、使徒たちが話しているのを、だれもかれも聞いてあっけに取られた。

2:7 そして驚き怪しんで言った、「見よ、いま話しているこの人たちは、皆ガリラヤ人ではないか。

2:8 それだのに、わたしたちがそれぞれ、生れ故郷の国語を彼らから聞かされるとは、いったい、どうしたことか。

2:9 わたしたちの中には、パルテヤ人、メジヤ人、エラム人もおれば、メソポタミヤ、ユダヤ、カパドキヤ、ポントとアジヤ、

2:10 フルギヤとパンフリヤ、エジプトとクレネに近いリビヤ地方などに住む者もいるし、またローマ人で旅にきている者、

2:11 ユダヤ人と改宗者、クレテ人とアラビヤ人もいるのだが、あの人々がわたしたちの国語で、神の大きな働きを述べるのを聞くとは、どうしたことか」。

2:12 みんなの者は驚き惑って、互に言い合った、「これは、いったい、どういうわけなのだろう」。

2:13 しかし、ほかの人たちはあざ笑って、「あの人たちは新しい酒で酔っているのだ」と言った。

新改訳 使  2:1-13

2:1 五旬節の日になって、みなが一つ所に集まっていた。

2:2 すると突然、天から、激しい風が吹いてくるような響きが起こり、彼らのいた家全体に響き渡った。

2:3 また、炎のような分かれた舌が現われて、ひとりひとりの上にとどまった。

2:4 すると、みなが聖霊に満たされ、御霊が話させてくださるとおりに、他国のことばで話しだした。

2:5 さて、エルサレムには、敬虔なユダヤ人たちが、天下のあらゆる国から来て住んでいたが、

2:6 この物音が起こると、大ぜいの人々が集まって来た。彼らは、それぞれ自分の国のことばで弟子たちが話すのを聞いて、驚きあきれてしまった。

2:7 彼らは驚き怪しんで言った。「どうでしょう。いま話しているこの人たちは、みなガリラヤの人ではありませんか。

2:8 それなのに、私たちめいめいの国の国語で話すのを聞くとは、いったいどうしたことでしょう。

2:9 私たちは、パルテヤ人、メジヤ人、エラム人、またメソポタミヤ、ユダヤ、カパドキヤ、ポントとアジヤ、

2:10 フルギヤとパンフリヤ、エジプトとクレネに近いリビヤ地方などに住む者たち、また滞在中のローマ人たちで、

2:11 ユダヤ人もいれば改宗者もいる。またクレテ人とアラビヤ人なのに、あの人たちが、私たちのいろいろな国ことばで神の大きなみわざを語るのを聞こうとは。」

2:12 人々はみな、驚き惑って、互いに「いったいこれはどうしたことか。」と言った。

2:13 しかし、ほかに「彼らは甘いぶどう酒に酔っているのだ。」と言ってあざける者たちもいた。

新共同 使  2:1-13

2:1 五旬祭の日が来て、一同が一つになって集まっていると、

2:2 突然、激しい風が吹いて来るような音が天から聞こえ、彼らが座っていた家中に響いた。

2:3 そして、炎のような舌が分かれ分かれに現れ、一人一人の上にとどまった。

2:4 すると、一同は聖霊に満たされ、“霊”が語らせるままに、ほかの国々の言葉で話しだした。

2:5 さて、エルサレムには天下のあらゆる国から帰って来た、信心深いユダヤ人が住んでいたが、

2:6 この物音に大勢の人が集まって来た。そして、だれもかれも、自分の故郷の言葉が話されているのを聞いて、あっけにとられてしまった。

2:7 人々は驚き怪しんで言った。「話をしているこの人たちは、皆ガリラヤの人ではないか。

2:8 どうしてわたしたちは、めいめいが生まれた故郷の言葉を聞くのだろうか。

2:9 わたしたちの中には、パルティア、メディア、エラムからの者がおり、また、メソポタミア、ユダヤ、カパドキア、ポントス、アジア、

2:10 フリギア、パンフィリア、エジプト、キレネに接するリビア地方などに住む者もいる。また、ローマから来て滞在中の者、

2:11 ユダヤ人もいれば、ユダヤ教への改宗者もおり、クレタ、アラビアから来た者もいるのに、彼らがわたしたちの言葉で神の偉大な業を語っているのを聞こうとは。」

2:12 人々は皆驚き、とまどい、「いったい、これはどういうことなのか」と互いに言った。

2:13 しかし、「あの人たちは、新しいぶどう酒に酔っているのだ」と言って、あざける者もいた。

ＮＫＪＶ 使  2:1-13

2:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

2:3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.

2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

2:5 And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven.

2:6 And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language.

2:7 Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, "Look, are not all these who speak Galileans?

2:8 "And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born?

2:9 "Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,

2:10 "Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes,

2:11 "Cretans and Arabs-we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God."

2:12 So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, "Whatever could this mean?"

2:13 Others mocking said, "They are full of new wine."

ＴＥＶ 使  2:1-13

2:1 When the day of Pentecost came, all the believers were gathered together in one place.

2:2 Suddenly there was a noise from the sky which sounded like a strong wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

2:3 Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire which spread out and touched each person there.

2:4 They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to talk in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak.

2:5 There were Jews living in Jerusalem, religious people who had come from every country in the world.

2:6 When they heard this noise, a large crowd gathered. They were all excited, because all of them heard the believers talking in their own languages.

2:7 In amazement and wonder they exclaimed, "These people who are talking like this are Galileans!

2:8 How is it, then, that all of us hear them speaking in our own native languages?

2:9 We are from Parthia, Media, and Elam; from Mesopotamia, Judea, and Cappadocia; from Pontus and Asia,

2:10 from Phrygia and Pamphylia, from Egypt and the regions of Libya near Cyrene. Some of us are from Rome,

2:11 both Jews and Gentiles converted to Judaism, and some of us are from Crete and Arabia-yet all of us hear them speaking in our own languages about the great things that God has done!"

2:12 Amazed and confused, they kept asking each other, "What does this mean?"

2:13 But others made fun of the believers, saying, "These people are drunk!"
