13:1-9
13:1 その日、イエスは家を出て、海べにすわっておられた。
13:2 ところが、大ぜいの群衆がみもとに集まったので、イエスは舟に乗ってすわられ、群衆はみな岸に立っていた。
13:3 イエスは譬で多くの事を語り、こう言われた、「見よ、種まきが種をまきに出て行った。
13:4 まいているうちに、道ばたに落ちた種があった。すると、鳥がきて食べてしまった。
13:5 ほかの種は土の薄い石地に落ちた。そこは土が深くないので、すぐ芽を出したが、
13:6 日が上ると焼けて、根がないために枯れてしまった。
13:7 ほかの種はいばらの地に落ちた。すると、いばらが伸びて、ふさいでしまった。
13:8 ほかの種は良い地に落ちて実を結び、あるものは百倍、あるものは六十倍、あるものは三十倍にもなった。
13:9 耳のある者は聞くがよい」。

13:2 すると、大ぜいの群衆がみもとに集まったので、イエスは舟に移って腰をおろされた。それで群衆はみな浜に立っていた。
13:3 イエスは多くのことを、彼らにたとえで話して聞かされた。「種を蒔く人が種蒔きに出かけた。
13:4 蒔いているとき、道ばたに落ちた種があった。すると鳥が来て食べてしまった。
13:5 また、別の種が土の薄い岩地に落ちた。土が深くなかったので、すぐに芽を出した。
13:6 しかし、日が上ると、焼けて、根がないために枯れてしまった。
13:7 また、別の種はいばらの中に落ちたが、いばらが伸びて、ふさいでしまった。
13:8 別の種は良い地に落ちて、あるものは百倍、あるものは六十倍、あるものは三十倍の実を結んだ。
13:9 耳のある者は聞きなさい。」

the same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the sea.
13:2 And
great multitudes were gathered together to Him, so that He got into a boat and
sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.
13:3 Then
He spoke many things to them in parables, saying: "Behold, a sower went
out to sow.
13:4
"And as he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and
devoured them.
13:5
"Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they
immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth.
13:6
"But when the sun was up they were scorched, and because they had no root
they withered away.
13:7
"And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them.
13:8
"But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundredfold,
some sixty, some thirty.
13:9
"He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

13:1 That
same day Jesus left the house and went to the lakeside, where he sat down to
teach.
13:2 The
crowd that gathered around him was so large that he got into a boat and sat in
it, while the crowd stood on the shore.
13:3 He
used parables to tell them many things. /"Once there was a man who went
out to sow grain.
13:4 As
he scattered the seed in the field, some of it fell along the path, and the
birds came and ate it up.
13:5 Some
of it fell on rocky ground, where there was little soil. The seeds soon
sprouted, because the soil wasn't deep.
13:6 But
when the sun came up, it burned the young plants; and because the roots had not
grown deep enough, the plants soon dried up.
13:7 Some
of the seed fell among thorn bushes, which grew up and choked the plants.
13:8 But
some seeds fell in good soil, and the plants bore grain: some had one hundred
grains, others sixty, and others thirty."
13:9 And
Jesus concluded, "Listen, then, if you have ears!"
