15:32 イエスは弟子たちを呼び寄せて言われた、「この群衆がかわいそうである。もう三日間もわたしと一緒にいるのに、何も食べるものがない。しかし、彼らを空腹のままで帰らせたくはない。恐らく途中で弱り切ってしまうであろう」。
15:33 弟子たちは言った、「荒野の中で、こんなに大ぜいの群衆にじゅうぶん食べさせるほどたくさんのパンを、どこで手に入れましょうか」。
15:34 イエスは弟子たちに「パンはいくつあるか」と尋ねられると、「七つあります。また小さい魚が少しあります」と答えた。
15:35 そこでイエスは群衆に、地にすわるようにと命じ、
15:36 七つのパンと魚とを取り、感謝してこれをさき、弟子たちにわたされ、弟子たちはこれを群衆にわけた。
15:37 一同の者は食べて満腹した。そして残ったパンくずを集めると、七つのかごにいっぱいになった。
15:38 食べた者は、女と子供とを除いて四千人であった。
15:39 そこでイエスは群衆を解散させ、舟に乗ってマガダンの地方へ行かれた。

15:32 イエスは弟子たちを呼び寄せて言われた。「かわいそうに、この群衆はもう三日間もわたしといっしょにいて、食べる物を持っていないのです。彼らを空腹のままで帰らせたくありません。途中で動けなくなるといけないから。」
15:33 そこで弟子たちは言った。「このへんぴな所で、こんなに大ぜいの人に、十分食べさせるほどたくさんのパンが、どこから手にはいるでしょう。」
15:34 すると、イエスは彼らに言われた。「どれぐらいパンがありますか。」彼らは言った。「七つです。それに、小さい魚が少しあります。」
15:35 すると、イエスは群衆に、地面にすわるように命じられた。
15:36 それから、七つのパンと魚とを取り、感謝をささげてからそれを裂き、弟子たちに与えられた。そして、弟子たちは群衆に配った。
15:37 人々はみな、食べて満腹した。そして、パン切れの余りを取り集めると、七つのかごにいっぱいあった。
15:38 食べた者は、女と子どもを除いて、男四千人であった。
15:39 それから、イエスは群衆を解散させて舟に乗り、マガダン地方に行かれた。

15:33 弟子たちは言った。「この人里離れた所で、これほど大勢の人に十分食べさせるほどのパンが、どこから手に入るでしょうか。」
15:34 イエスが「パンは幾つあるか」と言われると、弟子たちは、「七つあります。それに、小さい魚が少しばかり」と答えた。
15:35 そこで、イエスは地面に座るように群衆に命じ、
15:36 七つのパンと魚を取り、感謝の祈りを唱えてこれを裂き、弟子たちにお渡しになった。弟子たちは群衆に配った。
15:37 人々は皆、食べて満腹した。残ったパンの屑を集めると、七つの籠いっぱいになった。
15:38 食べた人は、女と子供を別にして、男が四千人であった。
15:39 イエスは群衆を解散させ、舟に乗ってマガダン地方に行かれた。

15:32 Now Jesus called
His disciples to Himself and said, "I have compassion on the multitude,
because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat. And
I do not want to send them away hungry, lest they faint on the way."
15:33 Then His disciples
said to Him, "Where could we get enough bread in the wilderness to fill
such a great multitude?"
15:34 Jesus said to them,
"How many loaves do you have?" And they said, "Seven, and a few
little fish."
15:35 So He commanded the
multitude to sit down on the ground.
15:36 And He took the
seven loaves and the fish and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His
disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitude.
15:37 So they all ate and
were filled, and they took up seven large baskets full of the fragments that
were left.
15:38 Now those who ate
were four thousand men, besides women and children.
15:39 And He sent away
the multitude, got into the boat, and came to the region of Magdala.

15:32 Jesus called his
disciples to him and said, "I feel sorry for these people, because they
have been with me for three days and now have nothing to eat. I don't want to
send them away without feeding them, for they might faint on their way home."
15:33 The disciples asked
him, "Where will we find enough food in this desert to feed this
crowd?"
15:34 "How much
bread do you have?" Jesus asked. /"Seven loaves," they answered,
"and a few small fish."
15:35 So Jesus ordered
the crowd to sit down on the ground.
15:36 Then he took the
seven loaves and the fish, gave thanks to God, broke them, and gave them to the
disciples; and the disciples gave them to the people.
15:37 They all ate and
had enough. Then the disciples took up seven baskets full of pieces left over.
15:38 The number of men
who ate was four thousand, not counting the women and children.
15:39 Then Jesus sent the
people away, got into a boat, and went to the territory of Magadan.
