16:24 それからイエスは弟子たちに言われた、「だれでもわたしについてきたいと思うなら、自分を捨て、自分の十字架を負うて、わたしに従ってきなさい。
16:25 自分の命を救おうと思う者はそれを失い、わたしのために自分の命を失う者は、それを見いだすであろう。
16:26 たとい人が全世界をもうけても、自分の命を損したら、なんの得になろうか。また、人はどんな代価を払って、その命を買いもどすことができようか。
16:27 人の子は父の栄光のうちに、御使たちを従えて来るが、その時には、実際のおこないに応じて、それぞれに報いるであろう。
16:28 よく聞いておくがよい、人の子が御国の力をもって来るのを見るまでは、死を味わわない者が、ここに立っている者の中にいる」。

16:25 いのちを救おうと思う者はそれを失い、わたしのためにいのちを失う者は、それを見いだすのです。
16:26 人は、たとい全世界を手に入れても、まことのいのちを損じたら、何の得がありましょう。そのいのちを買い戻すのには、人はいったい何を差し出せばよいでしょう。
16:27 人の子は父の栄光を帯びて、御使いたちとともに、やがて来ようとしているのです。その時には、おのおのその行ないに応じて報いをします。
16:28 まことに、あなたがたに告げます。ここに立っている人々の中には、人の子が御国とともに来るのを見るまでは、決して死を味わわない人々がいます。」

16:24 Then Jesus said to
His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself,
and take up his cross, and follow Me.
16:25 "For whoever
desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake
will find it.
16:26 "For what
profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or
what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
16:27 "For the Son
of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will
reward each according to his works.
16:28 "Assuredly, I
say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they
see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom."

16:24 Then Jesus said to
his disciples, "If any of you want to come with me, you must forget
yourself, carry your cross, and follow me.
16:25 For if you want to
save your own life, you will lose it; but if you lose your life for my sake,
you will find it.
16:26 Will you gain
anything if you win the whole world but lose your life? Of course not! There is
nothing you can give to regain your life.
16:27 For the Son of Man
is about to come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will
reward each one according to his deeds.
16:28 I assure you that
there are some here who will not die until they have seen the Son of Man come
as King."
